The department of Human resource and Trainings is responsible for personnel management, training and Continuous Professional Development in the Ministry.  The Department oversees the entire process of Human Resource from recruitment, staff orientation, development, performance management, counseling to designing and executing training. The Department also works with staff and the other government agencies and bodies to improve the laws and policies that government employer-employee relations.  The core values of the Ministry are implemented by the Department. These values are professionalism, discipline and ethics, Respect, diversity, innovation and flexibility, collaboration and confidentiality.
